VFWMG Unit 4-4149 Activity Report
June, 2007
Perhaps our 2006-2007 is slowing down, but the motorcycle group here at Post 4149 isn't! We are busy riding and working together to better our group, our post and our community.
POST AID:
We have started some of the repairs around the Post and had a good turn out for the Work Day. We did the much needed renovations and still have plenty to do. Thanks to all of you that worked so hard to accomplish the first of many projects!!
LOCAL TROOP SUPPORT:
We
have recruited a new member to the Post that is active duty Marine, Derrick
from
This marine and the others in our group recieved a standing ovation from the stadium crowd. Even got a hug from the Rockhound team mascot, "Rocky".
We all got into the action of cheering for the home team, plus the peanuts and cracker jacks !
The internet is an amazing tool these days.
