• Friday, September 8th, 2023

  • Setup from 4 - 7 pm​​

  • Cook's Meeting 8 pm

• Saturday, September 9, 2023​

  • Brisket Turn-In 4 pm​

  • Ribs Turn-In 4:30 pm

  • Chicken Turn-In 5:00 pm

  • Cook's Choice/Jackpot Beans
    Turn-In 5:30 pm

All Cook's will be supplying the meal for Saturday night for the ODB Attendees - so plan for extra!
